Food amazing staff really nice

Have ordered on several occasions and have always been very happy with my order. I felt tonight the quality of my meal wasn't the best. The pasta was a little bland and I felt my sourdough was a little burnt.

Pasta and pizza was amazing as always

The pizzas were good as usual. The reasons for late delivery were poor - when the delivery time was able to be selected as 6:20pm from ordering at 5:35, the delivery should not be put down to “only one driver, flooded roads and it’s a Saturday night”. This is the second time this has happened with delivery being almost two hours, which I find unacceptable.

Website said 7:10 collection. Came in at about 7:15 and told it would be 5–10 mins. Didn’t receive till about 7:37. The server was very apologetic and of course not their fault. But why ask for me to be there so early when the food won’t be ready? I do not mind waiting longer, just please have more accurate timings for collection so I am not wasting my time waiting. Otherwise food was good.

Staff were lovely when I went in to collect food. I had chicken pesto pasta and garlic bread. Garlic bread resembled some toasted warbutons bread (but a bigger version) bizarre and wouldn’t order this again as can get nicer from a supermarket…pesto pasta was very average defo needs something added to it. Can tell it’s just pre cooked plain chicken added to pasta and pesto. Could have cooked the same myself. Would also be nice to be able to pick the pasta used (it comes as penne but doesn’t say this on the order site and I wouldn’t usually order a penne pasta) but I suppose you can’t do this if it’s all batch and pre cooked which it seems like.

I was not happy you need to pay in cash if you collect your order. This is something that should be looked at . The food was all good apart from that

Beautiful food no complaints

Waited 2 hours for food..tried to call and had to leave a voicemail. Contacted the ordering app and they said they got in touch with the restaurant and were told there was an issue and that's why it was late. Wish they could have got in touch to let me know. My guess is they were really busy and rather than say that they are busy and there would be a delay on the food, they just kept the order. When the food came, no apologies or anything. Cannot fault the food though. Outstanding. But next time if I'm hungry when ordering, I'll probably order from somewhere else.
